Latitude of Acceptance

When trying to change the beliefs of the SC for the better, is there any window of possiblity for change that the SC will find acceptable at any given time.

Which approach do you Hypnotherapists on these very boards use?

A) Take one step at a time to reach the top of the ladder

B) Attempt to leap right to the very top in ONE go?

IMO i think method A would encounter less resistance.

However i posted for the response from profesionals who could shed some light on the matter.

A) The methodology of psychologists and psychiatrists (the latter less and less as they focus more on drugs) which takes a great deal of time to achieve the desired goal and costs patients and/or their insurance companies huge amounts of money

B) The methodology of hypnotherapy. It is "brief" therapy resulting in quick positive resolutions and low costs. Learning why this is so and how to do it is part of in-person training and difficult to learn from a book due to 1) not have people to work with, 2) not having someone already trained observing your technique, etc.
