i am reading psyco-cybernetics by maxwell maltz and i noted that skip on these boards is a big fan.
my question is

when he says "see yourself" does he mean in NPL terminology associated or disassociated ?:confused:

I do a much shorter version now.

But I would recommend you try it both ways to see which works best for you.
