i want to be able to accept myself as a person.
i want to accept who i am and that i am part of this world.
i want to accept the world and the people in it.
i want to accept that i cant control everything.
i want to accept life and death.
i want to stop fearing the present and the furture.
i want to stop coping and start living!!!
can hypnosis help me achieve these?

Hi
Yes, if you would like those things, hypnosis may be of excellent use to you.

Hello Aledia,
Record your own words 20 times on a tape or CD, just get rid of the words 'want to'. Record a music track behind it - one that you like - and play it to yourself when you go to bed at night.
And yes, I agree with Merlin and Neurotic. Also check out EFT.

Hello Guest,
No, I agree, but it is the language of the poster and as such is understandable by the poster.

Hi Eric. Sorry to hear you have been feeling that way. You comment that you have been 'always worrying and not living' yet you have probably noticed by now that you generally keep on living whether you worry or not. One of the interesting things about worrying is that if you try to worry you mostly can't. People generally tend to worry about specific things when they have happened or things that they believe might happen for example. From your post I would guess that you have worried about things before and then realised that often the worry was of no use to you.
Maybe you have had other issues such as a generalised anxiety or other reasons why you might have been prone to worry in the past.
You have made a positive step by recognising that worry is unnecessary for you in the level you have experienced it until now. In acknowledging this you have made the most vital step towards improving your situation and therefore rather than inwardly punishing yourself for worrying, you can congratulate yourself for having recognised that it has been something which does not fit for what you want for yourself. Maybe extend a little hand of understanding and kindness towards yourself.
Certainly, consulting a hypnotherapist might be very useful to you. You might explore the sources of your worry with them in consultation and possibly in hypnosis. They might give you some gentle ego strengthening suggestions to reduce your anxiety and worries.
You can achieve a lot with hypnosis and perhaps it is an avenue you will find useful if you feel like exploring it.
Best wishes.

As Jack says, we can only reflect the words of the poster unless they are willing to consult a professional.
Affirmations are NOT hypnosis, but if a person is not willing to pay for help that they are unable to give themselves, all that can be offered is this method, second best but better than nothing....The person making such a recording does indeed know what the words mean to them, thus eradicating any misunderstandng by the only person listening. If such a tape were to be made by a practitioner for a client, I imagine they would ensure a full understanding, and that it was used while the client was in the trance state.....Here we have no trance state, but rather a relaxed state.....

LMAO! Sorry but that could cause you some real issues with language! You'll be walking around talking like a zoombie. Which is awesome! Thanks for making my day

By the way, does that work? Don't you need "years of research" to make something like that work? Won't it be either too loud or too quiet? Is there a "rule" to just how loud you are to put it?

Taking such a list to a hypnotist and explaing they are your desired outcome works fine.
No experience needed. No "clean" language needed.
Just a direction/outcome.
