How will you know you have enough satisfaction?
The question was on a RB product and really got me thinking. Any takers?

A participant asked him if he could demonstrate "MORE". That was fun as how does one demonstrate "more"? Pood

Our Skip asked this question before here. He worded it: "Look within yourself--how much joy can you stand?"
I think about that every day. All I know is that my joy and my satisfaction are increasing.

Hi Poddle,
I'm not sure I understand the question. Does it mean how do we know we have reached a goal within our satisfaction?

It could apply to ANYTHING. How will you know you have ENOUGH satisfaction? Could there always be room for a tad more, perhaps?

In almost eighty years nobody has ever asked me this question, but fact is I have always known when without the need to ask "how"..That is like the person who asks a question then tells us how we should reply.
I have had enough when it would be inconvenient for someone to supply me with more......:D Then it would become 'more than enough"....
Poodle,
I ask this question, or this sort of question all the time.
"How will you know when ..."
Because I want to calibrate to the clients 'success' state.
That way I will know when they get there.
And that is one part of how I know I'm done with their change work.
It is a question NLPer's often ask not for content, but to elicit the state.
And occasionally I'll ask that question of someone who comes to me already 'done' they just dont know it until I ask.
chica chica,
