can you be sued from a remark made in this forum by the person you made the remark by claiming that you are ruining his image?

I am not an attorney.

I do not believe you can be successfully litigated for expressing your opinion, as long as the facts you include are true.

To successfuly sue someone for slander and collect damages the litigant must prove the information was untrue and deliberately intended to damage, AND then show evidence of damage, ie lost business as a result of the misleading information.

It has been the experience of this forum, that the so called injured party makes a request to the forum to remove the offending material, and the owners of the forum make a decision on each case separately.

It has been the policy of the moderators to allow expression of opinion of trainers and books or courses, as long as they are the direct result of personal experience, not someone I know went to ...; AND as long as the poster doesnt appear to have an agenda.

Depending on your residence, you can sue just about any one for any reason.
You may get laughed at.
You may have to pay considerable court costs for a frivelous lawsuit.
But you can sue or be sued.
