Ok...here my technique for improving intuition...I just came up with it...
1. Place an inanimate object close by
2. Go into light alpha...or alpha/theta
3. Visualize that you have a pair of imaginary hands coming out of your forehead (3rd eye area)
4. 'FEEL' the inanimate object...texture..etc..and have the feelings move into your body (not sure where the best place would be for the 'FEELINGS' to go..any suggestions?)
5. After a couple minutes of this do this for smell and taste....
any suggestions, comments?
