help!! up untill not i have found exams and stuff very easy, but i have mock exams in three or four weeks and my final exams in may. i do seven subjects (internatuional baccaloauriate) and the work i have to learn is huge, how can i remember it all i struggling to remeebr what day it is these days, somethings not right with me im sure.

Something is right with you. You’re giving your Brain a good workout. You'll get smarter the more you workout. I'm in college as well, and my exams are around the corner. Clear your mind of any distractions. Get a calendar and write down everything that is due and when it is due. Make a game plan for completing studying for certain classes on certain nights. Take small breaks while studying to walk, snack and do ANYTHING but study. Don't think about your studying during these breaks. Do some breathing and relaxing exercises if necessary. Then go back to your studying revitalized.

The simple techniques are to ease the stress and reframe what is happening.hmm stress on teh ib is a majour problems, it a very stressful course neway, and the teachers just make it harder for us, we haev had meetings with them sayign that we cant take this ammount of pressure that they are giving us, they were most unfair when we did this and did not releive te hsituation atall. They cut project deadlines by two to three mounths with no warning.
