In controlled breathing, notice that your lungs resemble a CHALICE, which is either full or empty, full being when the lungs are full of air, empty when the lungs are empty of air. We hold an empty chalice when we want to materialize on the inner planes, a full chalice when we want to materialize on the outer planes.( notice how many children will hold their breath to get somethng they want).

When the breath is held, either full or empty, this is called a chalice.
The Holy trinity is linked to the inhale, hold, exhale action. Two holds, when the breathis full, and when it is empty, plus the inhalation and exhalation is how the trinity becomes the TERAGRAMMATON.

The two pauses in the breath are CHALICES, they are the same yet different.

Another word for chalice is GRAIL.

This is the holy breath, the HOLY GRAIL OF THE CRUSADES.
When the special moment of the breath stops naturally, the grail is created..this is where breathless becomes deathlessness...imoritality...

The knights of the round table left CAMELOT to take on the quest of finding the HOLY GRAIL.

Their mystic goal, however, was to conquer the territory within themselves, not the external world. It was their duty to conquer thier karma...in order to find the holy grail within themselves, the breathless state, a state of consciousness called "Camelot". ...that lead them to the sacred heart....and everlasting life.

A facinating story Jim and intertwinned with lots of good common sense, but were did it come from? My own understanding of the Holy Grail being the search for the actual cup from which Jesus drank at the last supper, and not anything to do with breathing.... I doubt that the knights of old would have understood that part anyway, while it would have been easy for them to understand the search for an item they all knew existed at one time..... As for the trinity, I doubt that we would agree on that either, but each is entitled to an opinion unchallenged except by those who are convinced they know the true facts, and I am not one of those (EG)

Thanks for the response. This did not come from anywhere ...except from me...was meditating on KEY 13 of the tarot and these ideas just came..thought I would just share them as just another intresting way to look at the grail documentation, and relate the Grail to what every one is trying to do....change...just another form of change technology....12 Knights...12 followers of Christ....12 labors of Hercules... 12 signs of the zodiac...etc
I am not one of "those" either! There's a little more to it..but that may be for another time.

There are some who are of the opinion that "The Grail" might be Jesus' bloodline, under the presumption that Jesus married Mary Magdelen and she bore him two sons, who moved with her to Southern France, just after the crucifixion. She did show up with two children, boys. Bloodline and "Divine Right of Kings" is really important in this.

There are some who think the 'Grail' is a cup.

There are some who think 'The Grail' is a 'deep secret', the actual resting place of the "Ark of the Covenant" that the origional 9 Knights Templer uncovered during their excavation in Jerusleum prior to their returning to France, and founding the Templer Order. Some say they returned to France with it.
