Incredible transformation from self hypnosis

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum, it is a pleasure to
join the community with all of you.

I have been using self hypnosis cds and mp3 downloads
for a little over a year now, and I have been experiencing
the most incredible results. In several areas of my life from
my physical body, to my finances, to my self confidence,
I have been just transforming in incredible ways.

I don't know how many of you are actively doing self hypnosis,
however if you are not I would highly recommend it.

May I please have your definition of "self-hypnosis"? Seems to me you have been listening to other people's work, not your own. For the second time now, please read Merlin's FAQ's and book list. You are totally welcome, of course. Pood :)
