A friend of mine needs help from me

Hey,everyone!
James Willhide here in Mount Vernon,
Indiana,and I need some suggestions on
how I can help a friend of mine thru
hypnosis.
I have a lady friend who wants me
to help her quit smoking and lose weight.
She's let me hypnotize her before,but
I'm looking for suggestions on what type
of scripts I can use to help her.Thanks.

Check out the archives around here. Your question is a common one. The answer, as far as I'm concerned, and another question: No scripts. The question: what are your credentials for thinking you have the skills necessary to help your friend? Are you trained? If so, what do your trainers say about "scripts?" As Merlin so aptly said in another post: they're not magic incantations. As Skip so aptly said: we don't need no stinkin' scripts.

If you're not a professional, leave the "helping" to those that are.
