Hi,
just wanted to let you know about this NLP course, free of charge since its scolarship supported. Events are in Los Angeles, Seattle and Santa Clara and in alot of other locations around the globe (esp. UK and Australia). Christopher Howard a world famouse NLP expert. Have a look whats the weekend seminar "Breakthrough to Success" involves at:

Breakthrough to Success with NLP (http://http://www.pro-nlp.com/nlp)
I am letting this remain for a couple of reasons.
1) It is true that the workshop is for free
2) Neither URL works
If you can find this workshop on the Net, I also advise looking at the following review of it:

Here are some comments from the review:
Chris is a fabulous speaker, with high energy and passion for his work. The training is fun, filled with games, dancing, video, music. Definitely a crowd pleaser.
I would without a hesitation go to Chris to learn platform and presentation skills. But I would find a different trainer for personal growth.
His material is basically a version of Tad James’ NLP & Timeline trainings. It is neither revolutionary, nor evolutionary. I would call much of it outdated. Not even in the same league as the work of innovators such as Robert Dilts, Richard Bandler or Joseph Riggio.
The fifteen hours that I invested there could’ve been condensed into three. A process he did (future imprinting) was missing an important step. Skills are difficult to learn because most of the time (thirteen hours) Chris is speaking at the audience, instead of the attendees practicing the skills.
A good chunk of the time, Chris is selling his products, overtly and covertly. I found his manipulation of the audience distasteful. He’s consistently anchoring himself as the messiah who will lead us to the salvation...
I can understand a trainer who is using outdated models - maybe he isn’t aware of the cutting edge work. I can understand a trainer who is manipulating the audience to sell his products at a free 42 hour seminar - he’s got to keep his business afloat. But I cannot forgive a trainer who is violating his prime directive by teaching people helplessness (by anchoring their path to happiness through himself).
Who the hell is Christopher Howard?

There you have it my son, Christopher is a self serving entrepreneur, who had put up a very professional page online.
I think he has done a super job of it, but as for substance, nobody can know for sure....:)
My problem with his page, is the claim to be "THE worlds leading authority" on anything. Wonder how many people he met before deciding that he had the entitlement to make such a claim? When someone has lied once, I find them suspect in all things, and very obviously he has lied, since several of us are also leading authorities, and he has not met us or challenged us to prove who is best! Well, I know he hasn't challenged me, has he met you I wonder?

I did a search. It seems to me he is a Tony Robbins "wannabe" lacking in NLP. The suggested reading was interesting as it contained some NLP. Tad James' books or products are not mentioned. What did strike me as funny was to "read a book by Warren Buffet". Why should I have to read about his investments when I can just join him in Berkshire-Hathaway which ain't doing all that great, BTW. Maybe he's an engaging speaker. Dunno. Don't care. Pood

When someone reffers to another as, "world famous NLP expert", and nobody has heard of him, I am suspicious. Dollars to dougnuts the poster done it!!!! Kick the bum out I say..:D
