I do not drink at all but I have a hang over when people I know have a drink at my presence. I've been suffering for 20 years. Will hypnosis help it go away for good?
Hypnosis won't. Hypnotherapy--how a trained professional helps you while you are in a hypnotic state--will.
Hypnotherapists, unlike most Western healers, do not think of individuals as a machine. They do not have a book which says "If problem A exists, use treatment 1." Each problem has specific causes. That means the hypnotherapist will need to do an interview with you and come up with a treatment specifically for you. Kewl, huh?
My guess is that it shouldn't take more than one or two sessions, but without an interview, I couldn't state for sure.

If unregistered is checking back here, I'd suggest you only consider an
experienced hypnotherapist for this issue. Here is why: it should be very easy
to remove the "hang over" sensation you speak of. However, an inexperienced
practitioner may do so in an unecological manner. The "hang overs" possibly
could be a protective working of the subconscious to protect you from
joining others in drinking. If so, they shouldn't be removed until another
safety mechanism is in place that better serves your needs.
