Thanks Merlin, this gives me a way of figuring out what it means for myself. i wish to know though what it means for each of you, do you believe that it can solve every problem in your life, how much do you believe in it over other systems of belief. how has it personally helped you change?
maybe i should have been more specific the first time.

I believe in the mind, and its abilities.
NLP is just a label for a tool I regularly use.
