The other night I saw this programm that was showing a woman who had severe brain damage due to a suicide attempt. She could no more walk or talk or do anything properly and was spending a great deal of time and energy just trying to learn these things again. The irony of it was that she couldn't remember a thing, not even why she did it in the first place.

That kind of struck me. Here you are being , or thinking you are, in the worst situation possible wanting to take your life away then all of a sudden it doesn't work and you end up having to go through a lot of pain just to get your most basic resources back.

she wanted to kill herself right>? she is blessed for still being alive. she has forgotten why she wanted to kill herself. it will take a lot of hard work to get back on her feet. but this means she no longer wants to die...a second chance maybe?
