Hi. Another guy posted a link to a video of Bandler doing a technique reversing direction of movement in feelings. It think it was stage fright or something. I'm afraid about public speaking myself, and I can actually feel how my fear moves, but I find it difficult to reverse the direction. Is there any good advice on changing kinaesthetic submodalities? I guess one could also change temperature, intensity etc.... ?

Kind Regards
Daniel

Actually I have another question as well. Does bad feelings and good feelings have to start in different locations? And move in different directions? I don't think mines does? At least it feels like they move in the same direction.

Supposedly public speaking is the NUMBER 1 FEAR. Dr. Bandler does not do this in a session or a workshop. It is a 6 day very intensive training program called "Charisma Enhancement". There is sooo much more to public speaking than just fear. There really is no difference in speaking to 4 people than 4 thousand. It's a learning process and the best part of it is you will actually enjoy it. He just finished in the USA and I don't know where he is going next nor do I know if he teaches this segment anywhere else. Check his schedule.

The K spinning is more for anxiety and does not relate to public speaking. You SEE him doing ONE thing; however he does many things at the same time that you don't see. Best of luck to you, Pood
