It combines the effectiveness of Energy Psychology and NLP as it applies EP's and breathing and focus to self, parts, past, future, forgiveness, perceputual positions, etc.

After using a certain companies product which I'll leave unnamed, I'm wondering if anyone has used EFT with a timeline. I've never 'tapped' before, but I'm looking into it. I was thinking, lets say I have a problem of x, and then I used EFT to get rid of the negative emotions associated with it. Then lets say I have a timeline of 3 past events where this problem would have normally affected me, and I re-experience these past events to see how the situation would have turned out differently. Then do 3 future events and see how I act in the future. Has anyone thought of this?

The Shallow PEAT protocol uses TL but doesn't use 3 events, it uses 1st event and does it feel as if it will be a problem in the future. Please see link above for fuller details.
