This is my first post so be gentle.

Hi all, I recently came accross this site freeyourmind.info and found it realy good simple and easy to understand. I wondered if any of you lot have seen it and how did you rate it. I must admit I've got his book now, a little rough around the edges but it helped me alot as I was trying to quit smoking at the time. I'm thinking about contacting the Author for a session or two to get rid of some demons (well fears etc.) and reineforce the smoking issue.

Anyway if any of you have an opinion or will review it for me I would appreaciate any input thanks and any general advice would also be greatly appreciated.

i came ur post on this web site and i thought i would have a look just to see what u were talking about, and i agree with you the person who wrote i think it was steve norton i am not sure on his name.
also was going to buy his book i was going to ask you what you thought about the book and was it a good read and did it help you alot.
