I need to know how to hypnotize myself, as I've got a specific outcome. I've got a self improvement product that is really good, as long as you use it. I need to use it daily (so that I can totally get the hang of it). I won't mention the product in here, pm me if you want to know what product I am talking about. Basically I want to use self-hypnosis and give myself the suggestion that "the more I use X, the more I desire to use it daily..." - "with each passing day, my desire to use the X process is growing...and growing..." - "with each time I use X, my desire to use it becomes stronger...and stronger..." - "with each time I use X, I am becoming aware of all of the changes that are occuring in my life..."...etc...

For now I want to do all of the self-hypnosis in my head, and then eventually I am going to make a self-hypnosis track using binaural beats. Any tips/suggestions?

When I make the hypnosis track, I also want to use a metaphor/suggestions to accomplish the following:

1) Reinforce my daily use of the 3dmind process
2) Using the dream state to make these changes permanent, ie. "while I am dreaming tonight..." or "tonight...I will notice in my dreams...that..." or "tonight...in my dreams...my unconscious will make the necessary changes to reinforce all of the positive changes that are becoming a permanent part of me...inherent...built in...wired in..."

I'm wondering, does anyone have any ideas of metaphors that I can use. I know this is very vague, as none of you have done any kind of work with me.

Thanks

If I may be so bold as to ask, "Do you really need us for something so elementry as this, if you have the 3d mind product?"

If I understand the 3d mind advertising correctly it is all you will ever need.

What gives?

I personally think its close to all that one will ever need. The deal is you have to practice using it (ideally daily) to get the hang of it. I want to use a self-hypnosis track to reinforce my daily practice of it.

Foreign aid might be defined as a transfer of money from poor people in rich countries to rich people in poor countries.

Love it!

MD, 3D mind operates on the principle of associated emotional states. You should not have to find an hypnotic metaphor, all you have to find is an associated emotional state, the 'driver state', to achieve your desired outcome. If you cannot, what would be the point of using this all encompassing system?

So what prevents you from practicing this everyday, and what does the developer of 3D say about using 3d to work on this particular problem?

Im not trying to give you a hard time here. Nor am I trying to give 3D a hard time, although it is OK if it feels like a hard time to you.

You have desires that are sufficent to get you to spend your hard earned money on a product.

That IMO is motivation enough.

BUT you, and others like you, using this, and other products, have some success. And instead of building on that success, and making it your 'first nature' habit, you (collectively) seem to immediately abandon it, and start searching for something 'better', 'faster', 'more powerful', etc.

The metaphor would be riding a camel to Mecca, and even if the going is slow, at first, and the camel unruly, you ARE getting there.

First you find out if you are really riding the camel correctly, and you are getting all you can out of it.

It is OK to look for a Farrari, but you do it from the camel's back. It is foolish in the extreme to get off the camel, and wander around in the desert, looking for better, while in the mean time you stop all progress.

And recognize that the Ferrari isnt going anywhere when it runs out of pavement, while the camel ...

Now IMO 3D isnt the sharpest tool in the drawer. But it will do what you are asking of it.

Were I you, my inclination would be to ask Mr V. to assist you in getting everything out of the product he sold you. Surely he stands behind his product.

I suspect that you will find you can get a lot more out of it than you have so far.

Just because camels, horses, feet, and cars have different qualities, doesnt mean they all arent forms of transportation. And each has its particular advantages and disadvantages.

Make sure you are making use of what you have, before you go looking.

Your "leader" has a blog on Yahoo. Maybe you should go there as you KNOW what he believes in and what he doesn't. He, or others of his, should be able to help you in their methodology. We operate in a totally different paradigm. Don't ask me how to find it. I just stumbled into it one day by mistake.
