Nlp Or Hypnotheraphy

HI,
Im pretty new to all this area but would like to do a course of some sorts but was wandering what route to take first. ive been lookin around (in the Uk) but still unsure whether to take a nlp course or hyp or maybe take one that offers both cert on one course. any advice, and what do i look for as there is so many of the buggers out there!

just on the off chance anyone live in plymouth UK on this forum or near
