As I am not very good with self hypnosis so I was wondering if I can record a tape and play it when I am in deep sleep or lucid. If I put the tape player on timer and it played when I am in deep sleep would my subconscious listen to the tape just like normal guided hypnosis or would it take no notice and carry on dreaming?

Thanks

In my opinion, no.....But theirs nothing to stop you trying is there? It's your time and your sleep. Terry

I have not heard of anyone being successful at this, though many have tried.
Maybe you'll be the first and share with us :)

What I am going to do is when I am asleep for a about 2 houres a tape will play in my ear. I will use sound waves to set me into deep hypnotic state. When you are in deep sleep you are at a sound frequency of 3hz so I will increase the frequency 7hz so I am in hypnotic state. Then I will get my sub-c's attention by saying "[my name], you are being hypnotized. You are in a hypnotic state. [my name], focus on my voice. You are receptive to all my words and messages. All the messages I will anchore into you will be so effective, so powerfull and successfull. Your subconscious mind is so sensitive to my words. You and your whole being is so focused on my words you believe everything I tell you." Many people who have tried may not have used brainwave frequencies.

I have another question. If your conscious is cut off and your subconscious is awake (sleep) then you will be talking to your subconscious, right? You are talking to your subconscious directly because there are no conscious thoughts around. So if you are talking to your sub-c directly and programming it then why should'nt it be as effective when you are in a lighter state when your conscious is around? Anyway I will give it a try. I will incude a command "You will sleep intill 11 AM" so I will know it all went alright.

Thanks

Sounds like you have put a lot of thought into this, so good luck, I hope it works for you, and that you will publish results. Terry

The hypnosis from sleep thing is my idea but all my other ideas Dane and Anthony have alreay thought of. I sorry the prossess is taking a while. I am recording to night.

Has anybody had any experiance in bio-hypnosis (telebiogenesis - that is what the psi and chi practitioners call it.) It's funny the psi practitioners call it biokinesis. Who ever made up the word biokinesis has little knolage of where the word telekinesis/pk came from. I would call it Psychogenetics. Sorry I went off topic there. Hypnogenetics is going to be my next project.

Just a few questions:
Is there a time limit for hypnosis (2 houres)?
Is it better to awaken the patient after the session or set them back to sleep?

I didn't know Dane did anything beyond TRVing since he bought into PsiTech.

There is no time limit on hypnosis other than that which is comfortable and convenient.
