Hey guys, just wondering, what is the most amazing physical manifestation from a suggestion you have seen?

I am curious about how much the subconcious mind can affect change in the phyical body.

I have heard about people creating skin lesions through the power of suggestion, but have you seen anything that is more bizzare of interesting.

Thanks for your help, I enjoy reading this forum.

My wife taking off her glasses in trance and reading a sign from across the room, that she hadn't previously seen.

Another is a friend who changed his eyesight from 20/200 to 20/40. The eye doctor said it was impossible.

When looking to create these things, keep in mind that it's a good idea that they are worth having, or generative.

I like the manifestations like regulating sugar (former diabetic) and cancerous tumors disolving.
But there's lots more.

thanks for the replies guys. I was actually asking because i have heard theories about, the subconcious mind having the ability to affect change on the body at a cellular level.

As I dont really have any real knowledge of how the mind communicates with the rest of the body, I thought some examples might show the depth to which the subconcious can affect our body.

thanks again and keep the replies coming :)

All change comes from the subconscious, whether eye-colour, hair colour, or strength of your fingernails.

I have also suffered cuts and bruises through the power of suggestion.......though I didn't photograph these....the scratches related to the birthdate of the programmer...not nice but not scary either.

you realize of course if you believe that these things are possible then they are...

why do you believe?

The most amazing manifestation I have seen was concerned with
the treatment of my first ever heights phobic.

She levitated from her seat, drifted over to the open window,
fell through it and plunged 14 floors before hovering six inches
from the pavement whilst insanely shouting ' I'm cured!'.

Later, she left me without the phobia of heights.

That was truly amazing.

Oh, the second paragraph is not true.

l.o.l......v good.
on a serious note....pain hypnosis......some of the results were amazingly good and some pretty bad...am currently looking for some one to take out the bad stuff but can't seem to find one who has the guts to really get in there and get rid of the bad stuff. any volunteers?

Bealie, I don't know you, and you don;t know me, and you can take what I say and benifit from it, or you can ignore it, and I will not suffer in the least. As an honest person, and as a skilled practitioner, I would NEVER take on a client sight unseen, and without an interview of such lenght as I determined was required. That is how any decent practitioner would operate. Now as a client, surely since you are paying for the service, you also would like to know something of the person you hoped to hire before paying big bucks on a mistake, am I right? If someone is willing to take your money sight unseen, they are more interested in profit, than they are in helping you, so what does that tell you? You want a practitioner, and there are good ones and poor ones out there, you have to make the choice, we don't and won;t do it for you. However, the person you ask about may or may not be any good, while others much closer may be as good or better, and far less expensive I would suggest, since they are local. You won't know this until you interview them yourself, so do it, and don't depend on strangers doing it for you, we respectfully decline the responsibility.
For all the levity, you can also read that in Jack's post also. He by the way is local. At least he is in the UK.....

You can try www.hypnotherapist.org.uk (http://www.hypnotherapist.org.uk) Jaynebeale to find a good hypno in your area.

Trust me, whatever bad stuff you have, most experienced hypnotherapists have seen much badder!

And surprisingly most of us are not too concerned about constructs like 'bad' and 'good' when it comes to a client's wellbeing.:)

Reply to Terry. Thank you for your honesty. I'm not asking you to find me a practitioner and wouldn't, I was merely asking if Mr Carruthers reputation proceeded him or not and anyone's thoughts about him. As you say there are many practitioners in this field and some are obviously more experienced than others. Thanks for your reply.

When you say "reanimation", are you referring to bringing someone back from the dead?

well yes that would be the term.. though one would have to define dead then as well...

*From "The Princess Bride":

Miracle Max (http://72.14.209.104/name/nm0000345/): He probably owes you money huh? I'll ask him.
Inigo Montoya (http://72.14.209.104/name/nm0001597/): He's dead. He can't talk.
Miracle Max (http://72.14.209.104/name/nm0000345/): Whoo-hoo-hoo, look who knows so much. It just so happens that your friend here is only MOSTLY dead. There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there's usually only one thing you can do.
Inigo Montoya (http://72.14.209.104/name/nm0001597/): What's that?
Miracle Max (http://72.14.209.104/name/nm0000345/): Go through his clothes and look for loose change.
