I'm considering getting some kind of hypnosis to help me with my pretty low self-confidence.
i've seen so many tapes and stuff for sale, do any of them actually work. if they do that would be great, but it just seems a little too easy.
can anyone give me a bit of advice. if any of them are any good, can you recommend me a decent one.
thanks a lot

"it just seems a little too easy"......I believe you have answered your own question.... For every person who gets results using tapes, there are several who don't. You can of course take your chances that you will be one of the lucky ones, but seeing a live practitioner is a lowering of the odds to success.
The need you have expressed is one that yeilds easily to hypnosis, so how much is it worth to you to create that change? Terry

Tapes really should be used as a last resort for confidence building. If you MUST have a tape for confidence building, you should get the double induction tapes made by the team of Thomas Condon and Carol Erickson. they can be found at http://www.thechangeworks.com. they are actually call "Multi Evocation" tapes and there are several to choose.
