Hi, I'm a 18 yr old girl, and I'm quite confident in big groups and I perfomer so I'm not a shy person. But for some reason when I have one on one conversations with people I never act myself, don't know what to say etc. It may be a crazy idea but is there any way hypnosis would help me to relax and be myself? I'd be so grateful for any responses! Thanks!

Yes........If that seems like a short answer, it is, but you give little to reply to. All you really ask, is if hypnosis can relax you, and of course it can, plus much more when applies by an experiences person. Terry

Hi
I have worked with a lot of people who do public performances singing and acting etc so I hope you find this useful
When you are on stage it is easy to put on the mask of the person you want to be and not be who you really are. This allows you to feel comfortable because it is not really you who people see.
When you are in a one on one situation you are not comfortable being who you really are and think people will see all your imperfections and alike and you think they will judge you as you judge yourself.
The trick is to be yourself and if the person doesn't like you for you then show them the door I mean who would want people around you who do not like the real you? It is easier and far less stressfull being yourself. Find the people who like you and are not looking for the person you want to be because one day your cloak will slip and they might come on the attack!!
hope that helps
