I was wondering if anyone could throw some light on a recent experience that I had.
On my first day of a new job my new employer, who I had never met before came over and before introducing himself (though I knew who he was) started bombarding me with questions. I was in the middle of a task that required some concentration and I was deeeply involved in. He get asking for silly little things like handing him somthing that wasn't there or repeating a question that I had just answered and everytime I looked back at him he was doing something, like playing with some of my equipment or his palm pilot etc. All which left me very confused and flustered it all happened very very fast and left me very angry. Which I have found hard to shake of when around him. Was this a confusion technique? and what could he have gained, was it to find out what sort of person I am etc or is he just a w@@ker or both. I would br very gratefull for anyones thoughts on this.
Many thanks
