After many helpful posters here recommended this book in my Robbins thread, shall I buy the original version or the version updated by another writer in 2002?
Thanks again for your help.
PS I begin alcohol counselling next Monday.
I have the origional, I have not 'read' the 'updated' version.

I would suggest that that your biggest champion in this journey is you.. and what you firmly believe. If you believe that you are now a non drinker then it shall be so.. what can you do to support that belief?
my love to you through this process and know that you can be healed in an instance.... if you believe that.
Why not read the original first, then read the updated one? That way you'll be able to see the changes and determine which will work best for you.

I would like to thank you for recommending this book.
I bought the original. I can't believe that it was written in 1960.
It is a book I will re-read regularly.
