Hye,
I wanted to know something about hypnosis.....
Can some hypnotize someone in their sleep and convince them to do something or make them agree to something which they dont?
Furthermore, how much training/time would be required to have such an ability to do this?

No. They would wake up in the process.
They may not be consciously aware, but they really wouldn't remain asleep.
If there is one point on which this group consistantly agrees, it is that hypnosis isnt sleep, nor is sleep hypnosis.
You can transit from sleep to hypnosis and you can transit from hypnosis to sleep.
So your question as structured, is answered, literally, "No."
Now you can transit someone from sleep to hypnosis, and you can give post hypnotic suggestion, but when they go to carry out that suggestion, they will be in a waking state with full accessability to their critical faculties.
