So this might seem a little odd...haha
I'm a 23 year old male contortionist, and I've just stumbled upon hypnosis and it got me thinking if there was any application that I could use it for in my training. Obviously in contortion being very relaxed so that you can get the deepest stretch is important. When I'm training I sometimes have my coach stretch me and I'm wondering if there is something I can do so that he can push me further/deeper utilizing hypnosis in some way. I have been looking at the self hypnosis anesthetisis and I'm wondering if I could apply that to my legs or back when I'm stretching perhaps? These ideas might seem a bit silly...lol, but I'm just curious as to what you guys think
