Quick Question! Please Help

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the whole hypnosis thing, and I tried a few self hypnosis mp3's loaded on my iPod. They seemed to work alright... the problem is that the battery on my iPod died half way though one of them... I feel kinda dizzy and weird now, and I was wondering if this is a problem, and if so, how would I go about fixing it?

Recharge the Ipod and it should work just fine again.

Just imagine that you are with one of us here in person for a little while, okay? You are in deep trance in our trance chair. We just might get an idea to take a little trip -- to someplace, somewhere on an airplane leaving you in your deep trance state in the office in that trance chair. What happens? You will probably take a wee nap and then totally emerge from hypnosis all on your own in positively perfect shape and condition.

I highly suspect the above makes you feel alot better and it's sooo very true!
