I think i've accidentally screwed myself.

My obsessive fearful mind has run a bunch of posiitve feelings/memories backwards and now I perceive that they are somehow different / diminished.

Would it be possible to undo the effects of the rewind technique? If so, how would I perform this?

Another side would be that this is not possible and its all in my head, can someone please advise?

Thanks in advance!

in that I really do not understand your question. I'm a Licensed NLP Trainer and I would just love to know what the 'rewind' technique is.

Perhaps you should go to a trained professional instead of playing around with your own mind. NLP is very powerful. EVERYTHING IS ALL IN OUR HEADS(brain)! Read my signature line please.

Exactly how do you know your mind ran resourceful memories backwards? That would have to be a conscious decision, would it not?

Be well~Poodle :pood:
