Strange last night. I was working on CD's for clients and induced trance many times over along with what each needed for patter. Sometime during the night I "dreamed" I was in trance and believe me I know what trance feels like. It was not like a dream. I was really in trance! Could it be possible from all of the work, my SC just decided to "really let go". I must admit it was a most unusual experience.

I'll be darned if I can understand it! Pood

I'll be darned if I can understand it! Pood  Since we vary our depth of sleep considerably during the night, I see no reason why you should not enter the same trance you can enter from the waking state. I have no doubt others do this also, but don't recognise it readily. On the other hand, a dream can be as vivid as reality, so who knows. Problem was, you had no way of using it, so I would contend from my viewpoint that it was trance, but not hypnosis (G)....

Ever so right as I did not give myself suggestions -- just enjoyed the experience. I do remember hypnotizing myself using my finger to cause certain eye movements and "Good night Gracie" as George would say. Also the real Pood had allergies last night and I was wishing I could hypnotize him to get rid of them. Guess just hypnosis "on the brain". :)

Once your mind knows where 'trance' is and how to get there, it can go whenever it chooses.
When you sleep, you relinquish conscious control and give your subconscious permission to go wherever it wants to.
