Can hypnosis help you get over an obsession with a person?:mad:
Hypnosis is simply a particular state of consciousness. Hypnosis, per se, can no more help you get over an obsession than going to sleep at night will help you get over it.
Hypnotherapy--what a person can do to help you change your behavior and beliefs while you are in a hypnotic state--can quickly and easily not only help you get over the obsession, but can also help you learn more about yourself.
