On Channel 4's More4 (UK) tonight at 9pm a hernia operation using only hypnosis as anaesthetic will be undertaken.

The best laid plans...missed it because one of my family had a crisis that turned out not to be a crisis, but a friend had recorded it for me so I should get to see it soon. I understand it will be repeated on terrestrial C4 - can you get that in the US?

About the most we can get in the US from your country is BBC America which is a watered down version. I read this morning that it was done but it gave NO PARTICULARS whatsoever! We'll just have to wait for your report. Pood
