Water space is a greate source of energy...Ocean or river or lake or even your shower you take every morning:) Just listen to the falling rain and you will get the energy from Universe too...

Hug a tree. They have fantastic chi. I totally agree about the shower as it is sooo very easy to clear up those chakras and get them spinning well.
