Hey everyone it's me again :). I know you were wondering when I was going to make another thread, lol. Lately I have had great success with getting into hypnosis easily. I set up a self hypnosis trigger using the light switch technique I learned from studying Jerry Kein. And I have to say, I'm impressed with it so far. It's never been this easy for me to go into hypnosis.

My question is how can I deepen the level of hypnosis associated with the trigger? Basically, I count down from 3 to 1 and then lift and drop my finger on my thigh which sends me into hypnosis. It's a very light state though and I know there is a way to go deeper. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've made myself one audio where I deepened the state and then used my trigger to anchor the depth but it didn't work as well as I had hoped :(

Ask Jerry! He's a very nice man and he does write email. If you did not study with Jerry in person watch the DVD again and again and again until you do understand it. Lastly, Elman does not work on everyone so you may be one of those people too.

I do not use that specific technique as my clients were too confused as these days a light switch can be totally different depending upon which room one is in and how many other light switches connect to that light switch.

Be well~Pood :)

Did you follow the guidelines by Jerry's? At least 10 times a day for one week, for confidence and greater "depth". We all learn with practice, don't we? And Jerry says in the DVD, that at least 10% (or something like that) of people are not able to grab that switch (unfortunately). I personally like that method, it is very direct.
