What is the best way to bring someone back from being hypnotized. i often hypnotize my girlfriend and it seems to take me ages to bring her out of the trance.
any ideas/help

Yes. Stop doing this. If you need to ask this question, you should not be hynotizing her. It is possible
for you to cause her problems if you are not properly trained.

Yes I dont think hypnosis is dangerous at all, he just said that for legal reasons, maybe hes admin of site or something like that so he cant be sued.

Look at scripts on the web, you should just have to tell them that when you count down to one they will open there eyes, then count down from 10 slowy but changing your tone of voice to help them adjust.
