i'm new to hypnosis but i have studied quite alot about it, but, i feel that now is the time i want to try and hypnotize someone.

i'm not going to lie im nervous but in an excitable way, i just dont know the best way to do it on my first try.

at this moment i'm thinking of using my brother as the subject (he's is unaware of this)

I wanted to start it by using the 8 word induction or something similar and then the staircase deepener and improvise, by saying, behind the door at the bottom of the staircase are the numbers 1 - 10 in front of you, and then go on to explain that when i bring him out of hypnosis he must count from 1 - 10 as follows 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and is unaware that the number 5 has ever existed

too much or is that o.k?

do i use a rapid induction or something more conventional??

help would be appreciated infact if someone can recall what routine they used on their first time that might help with inspiration.

Have any of these studies been in person trainings with lots of practice on other students while the instructor is watching?

If the answer is "NO", please STOP immediately. Proceed to the nearest and best in person training you can find before utilizing ANY hypnosis.

We really don't use the word "subject". I'm not the Queen of England so I have no subjects. Hmmmm, could I call my dog "my subject"?

Around here we do call "rapid" conventional. We also call "instants" conventional. Whatever fits our client is what we use.
