Do you remember these? They're a bit larger than a quarter and have a spiral on them. They're made using a special process so if you move them back and forth with your fingers, the spiral appears to move. They're very kewl!

Unfortunately, they stopped making them years ago. It was impossible to find them. Several months ago I found one in bad condition for sale, however it would have cost me over $20, and I didn't want to pay that much.

Well, now they're being made again fur just a couple of bux each. You can get them in a set of three colored ones (with "instructions" on the card) or ask and get ones that look like the original white ones with a black spiral.

No, I'm not going to use them in practice, but they're great discussion starters and curios.

If you're interested in getting one, PM me and I'll tell you where they're available.

Now, if you ever find a source for those desktop spinning hypnowheels (that spin by themselves), I want one of those, too! :)

I have a large spiral that looks like the old hypnosis spirals. It's actually used as part of a magic trick. I use it as an opener when giving workshops, especially for large audiences. It actually gets people laughing and even screaming in surprise! Again, if people are interested in getting a large (15" in diameter) spiral, PM me and I can give information on where to get one.
