The Book is actually called Hope and Resiliency: Understanding the Psychotherapeutic Strategies of Milton H. Erickson (ISBN: 1904424937) by Dan Short, Betty Alice Erickson, and Roxanna Erickson Klein.

When you put in the correct title, copies of it show up on Amazon.
