What do you think of starting a practice in hypnotherapy? How hard do you think it is to run a full-time practice with getting clients and all? Would you start a full-time or part-time practice yourself?
Hello Strawberry,
It depends on your personality. If you are totally confident that you can make a go of it, then full-time. If you have any sneaking doubts that you cannot, then part-time and test the water.

It is also how much of your time you want to devote to WORK! I personally would not want to see more than 4-5 people per day. I am VERY HAPPY with TWO/day. Good money and I have lots of time to run and play. I know of one lady that does it full time and makes easily over $200,000/yr. Not for ME! Do you even have the skills to know how to present yourself to doctors, psychiatrists, etc. for referrals? Can you roll 10-15 inductions off your tongue without slipping a word so the client doesn't even notice you have changed anything? How much business training have you had? Do you know NLP so you can write dynamite ads? AND, LAST, BUT NOT LEAST HOW MUCH SEED MONEY DO YOU HAVE? Ads are expensive, phone book is expensive, websites are expensive but people can't come until they know you exist. Please see my replies to Nat a few pages back. Should give you some clues. Good luck! Pood
