Well I spent 30 minutes this morning trying to turn a lamb shoulder into a garlic bulb. Then I rubbed the little dear with rosemary and balck pepper and olive oil.
I put it into my oven and told it to convection roast, my oven asked, "How long?". and I thought 7 lbs, that ought to go about 2.5 hours so I told it 2.25 just in case, and my over happily told me it would be finished at 2:45 PM. Then it proceeded to brown it for me.
It is now 2:15, the house smells like a garlic factory, I have broken out the rasberry liqour, to mix with the champagne, and all is right with the world.
I have much to be thankful for and you all are included in that.
