I've heard quite a few times that showing an actual induction on Television in the us is either illegal and or banned. If this is the case, does anyone know of any particular citation/law?

It's a myth. There is no law. It is not banned.

as the host on Fox News PRETENDED to be hypnotized while Cerbone did a mini relax-o-therapy induction which was watched and listened to by probably a lot of people and it was in fun as that particular host wanted Cerbone to make people turn against the current President. I seriously doubt if anyone in the whole wide world was in any type of a hypnotic trance since such a large percentage of them would not know one way or another.
I have had clients that claimed to "know all about hypnosis as I've been hypnotized at a stage show" so I do my trancework and eventually emerge them and get the comment: "WOW, I only THOUGHT I knew about hypnosis."
I "think" m_d has posted the link to that particular show. If anyone here watches it and really believes s/he is in a hypnotic trance and ready and willing to go with the suggestions, I'd like to know about it.
