When I read the title I thought you had a script that would turn everything into chocolate...you almost made my day.
Oh well, guess I have to keep looking...

Hi, uk7.

The problem with your request is that it's missing the most important part.

Let me do a comparison. Many children run away from home. The vast majority return, of course, but that's not the point. No child ever runs away from something bad...they run towards something they think will be better.

You want a script to run away from chocolate. Fine. But what are you going to run towards? Remove something and it will either need to be replaced with something else or the original will return.

Any trained hypnotherapist, during a pre-induction interview, would ask for replacement behaviors desired by the client. There are certain qualites that make suce replacements either effective or non-effective. Together, the hypnotherapist and client determine the best replacements.

Then, during the session, the hypnotherapist using his/her training to determine the best mode of approaching the client's subconscious in order to give the suggestions for change.

All of this is usually covered during basic hypnotherapy training. Unfortunately, we don't have the space, nor the ability to observe and respond to your actions with feedback, to give training here.

Thanks Don,
I completely agree. I was merely looking for one to see what bits i could or could not re work, if appropriate. I'm aware that its more likely theres a more deeper reason why its the choclate and as they say about these type of things..chocolate isnt necessary the problem its just the choice of soultion. This will all become apparent when i meet the person and i will find out which new behavours would be acceptable to fulfill the desired result.

Anyway thanks for the reply

Best chocolate hands-on exercise

For a week eat chocolate, and only chocolate. Choclolate for breakfast, dinner and tea. Should you wish to snack then have some chocolate and only chocolate. If there is any misunderstanding of 'Chocolate', does it have the word 'chocolate' on the pack? If yes, then eat it. If it makes you feel sick, or are sick, clear up and reward yourself with a chocolate bar or three.

Is there anything else you can eat? no, not really, just chocolate, more chocolate and different brands of chocolate. Try Hershey, it's discusting! It's like eating solid rancid veggie oil. (Sorry to Hershey fans)

What can you drink? Water. Need something healthy in the day! Stick to 6 regular glasses per day and no more.
Coffee? No
Tea? No
Coke and other fizzy drinks? No
Other drinks? No. Oh, carbonated water is acceptable!

Is this healthy? No, not really, it's a health risk to anyone who tries it.
Does it work? I've not done it, but the people who have, haven't got passed the second day!
Have they eaten chocolate again? Nope! They didn't feel too good either! Sugar buzz!

If this sounds horrible to contemplate, what else could be recommended? See an NLPist or hypnotherapist and let him know what you want to be, how commited you are and what steps you are taking and have taken to get there.

If that's too much, then take the other option of taking and accepting full responsibility of your health and life to personal excellence. Do it, beleive in it and live it. This is immediate application of NLP and self hypnosis without any knowledge and experience in these fields. Good eh!

You could get into a great deal of trouble for doing so. The information suggested by Jakey is his opinion and is not that of this board, its members, or owners. I would point out that Dr. Milton Erickson, on occasion, used this type of technique, but he was a licensed M.D.]

To follow on from the Moderaters (Don's) points:

Firstly, thanks for pointing out my oversight. I had hoped to communicate that 'this is not a recommendation' in the previous message.

Should anyone wish to undertake a different approach to their eating, health routine, etc, please see your GP or a specialist.

Thanks for your guidance Don.

I'm wondering if you are really a woman. Women do seem to have a "love affair" with chocolate. Somehow, as Don wrote, it fills an unknown emotional need. To have this need removed, take his advice and go see a qualified hypnotist or an NLP Practitioner and hopefully the two combined into one person would be best for this issue. Take one group of 20 women and ask them what their favorite food is and you will got almost 100% feedback of CHOCOLATE!!
