I was wondering, is it possible to use 6 step reframing for subvocalization (internal speaking when reading?)

Also, can some people give me examples of what they have used 6-step reframing for?

It is possible. Presuming that the "subvocalization" you are speaking of
is an internal distraction, or if it is desciptive of mouthing of
words--resulting in impeding very rapid reading speed, a 6-step
reframe would probably be way down the list of patterns I'd consider,
ordinarily, though.

6-step reframes are used for all kinds of change work. Name a
behavior that people want to change -- and it has probably been
used to help accomplish it.

I personally prefer to avoid the '6-step'.

It goes back to the basic principles of aligning behavior to outcome and deals with parts integration. What's the problem??
