Hi All

Just checking to see if there is any audio recording of Don Speaking eg. addressing an audience etc.

I would be very inerested to listen to it.

As of the last request, Don's answer was there is none. There could possibly be one as he was a speaker at the ABH Convention last year or the year before. I don't know if they record all their material. NGH does. I will promise you though that knowing Don, you would miss sooo much with just a recording as he is a really complete person and incorporates all into what he is doing.

Have you gone to that Dr. for testing yet? If the answer is "no", go immediately! I think there are even on-line questonnaires that one can answer honestly to find out if a Doc is necessary.

greatly enjoy listening to one of Don's PLR workshops but I readily understand why it would have to be in person rather than on a recording. Hypnosis is just that way -- a personal experience in person.

I had asked Don if he would be willing to speak about a subject matter in which he is very knowledgeable on a worldwide "pc radio type" talk show. When I labeled him as close to expert in this subject matter, the host uninvited him as she considers herself to be the expert in that matter. Even though Don is very humble and calls himself a student of that subject matter, he has spoken worldwide about it and could possibly be one of the world's leading authorities.

You can always buy one of his books and I have written about his new novel on "my personal page" here.

It is the policy of this forum not to allow advertising. As a result, I do not advertise here. I will say that I have several tapes and CDs available through various organizations, however they are on topics other than hypnosis and/or hypnotherapy. The books I have written are also on topics other than hypnosis/hypnotherapy.

Most recently, I have a novel that was published. Although I do not have the contract in hand, I have just had a manuscript accepted by my publisher for a book to be released next year. I eventually hope to publish one or more books on hypnosis. It is my belief that some of the main reasons so many books on self-hypnosis are not effective for many people include inaccurate expectations on the part of the reader and the inability to induce self-hypnosis. My planned books will deal with this both in writing and by including a CD with several inductions.

Some individuals may have recorded one or more of my workshops on hypnosis, but to the best of my knowledge they are not available for sale.

A book on self-hypnosis would be wonderful as it seems to be so misunderstood but then again, so is the subject matter itself -- hypnosis as we see here every day.

I did not advertise here either for you -- just noted where one could look to find out more and I thank you for not deleting the post. As you will remember, I had a lot of fun writing that little blurb -- a good NLP exercise. You are the Moderator but you are my friend first.
