Learning hypnosis in Qld, Australia

Hi there.
I am interested in learning NLP/hypnosis/self-hypnosis techniques in australia. The society of hypnosis in Australia does not offer tuition unless in the profession of medicine, dentistry or psychology. I am considering visiting a hypnotist for some sessions to learn some techniques, but I was just wondering if any of you were aware of any other reputible institutes existed in queensland that would teach hypnosis techniques to someone not in that profession. (my profession is close, but far enough not to make the cut)
