Menopause Script

"Visualize a holographic image in the shape of your desired cooler and healthier body, in your mind's eye. And SEE YOURSELF setting your INTERNAL Biostat to your desired cooler body temperture. This image, of your holographic body, looks like the entrance to a tunnel, like a silhouette. This image is deep enough so that you can place your body into it..This image is your hologram body, the holographic body of your desired cooler and healther body..an information grid, that has all the information for your body and cell structure..a bluprint that has information for rejuvinating , re energizing and cooling any aspect of your body.....
Imagine you are backing into the perfect hologram body and as you back into your desired cooler and healther hologram..that this backing in...walking backwards into the hologram turns back your body's Biostat to your desired cooler and healther settings- as if as you were backing up.. ..moving backwards through your body's biostat...just like setting back a Thermostat to lower the temperature in your home.... and setting your Biostat to your desired cooler more comfortable body temperature.....as if every step backwards lowers your temperature....as you go back back bACK YOU ARE COOLER COOLER AND COOLER....LOWERING your body's biological Temperature....and as you slowly back into the new hologram..a new information grid.... a new blueprint is now beginning to cover your body...with the information for your desired COOLER and healther age... your biostat is now set at your desired COMFORTABLE BODY TEMPERATURE ....And as you continue to back into your perfect holographic body, you can see heat escaping from the top of your head very rapidly, not allowing any excess heat to remain in your body.
If you are getting too hot at any time, allow your body heat to escape in this manner. Your body's cooling system now operates more effectively.
Allow my voice to become one with your inner voice. Anytime I just press my thumb and index finger together of either hand and, simply close my eyes, take three deep breaths, and say the words quietly to myrself ... "comfortable and cooler"__,. The words "_"... "comfortable and cooler""are a conditioned-response key to my subconscious mind and when I say these words,
I will draw upon the unlimited power of my subconscious mind to support me in the fulfillment of my desires. When I say these key trigger words I will feel a strong surge of self-control and determination to do what I need to do to accomplish feeling comfortable and cooler. My mind will increase blood flow and cell rejuvination to cool my body. When I press my thumb abd index finger together, I will see in my mind's eye..my mental movie screen... the wonderful changes that are haappining..now…

When I press my thumb and index finger togeher, my biostat is set at my desired ... "comfortable and cooler" settings...

And every time I hear these suggestions and every time I use my "_"... "comfortable and cooler"_" programming, it will become more and more effective."
Now allow my voice to be just my voice..and listen as it says....
"These suggestions have been communicated to every level of your body and mind, and they've been accepted on every level of your body and mind. "

And you have just seen and created your own relality…the images of comfort and cooler now manifest in your life… …the verbal suggestions and visualizations now manifest in your life..and you create the relality you desire to live…… in a comfortable and cooler way...

Every day you feel more youthful and enthusiastic. You now unleash the youthful vigor that lies within....
and upon awakening you will remember all that has been communicated. You will awaken feeling as if you've just had a refreshing nap. Your head will be clear, and you will think and act with calm self-assurance ... feeling glad to be alive and peace with yourself, the world and everyone in it. On the count of five you will open your eyes and be wide awake. Number one, You feel the life blood returning to your arms and legs. Your body cool and comfortable…Number two, coming on up and at peace with all life. Number three, coming on up feeling an internal balance and harmony. Number four, returning to your waking state.
Number five, wide awake, wide awake. open your eyes and feel good…
Wide Awake! Wide Awake! "

Hi Jim,

As you probably don't mean to imply that menopause is an unhealthy
state, you might want to change "healthier" to "more comfortable"
in your script.

Hello,

a few questions for your considerations:
Is this woman accepting her various Imprintings ?, including being "menopausal", and thus you want to increase her being "more comfortable" ?

Do hypnotists have a right to suggest, or impose, their own self-limiting beliefs on other people ?

Other than what populations have been taught as being "normal", how do you define being *healthy* ?

What suggestions have you to offer a woman who *more in-tune* with her Being, is able to intuit that which is quite possible ?

How, specifically, will you help/guide her ?

Respectfully, it seems to me that the only bodily behavior you are attempting to modify is the temperature. And while it is true that some, perhaps most women do experience temperature fluxuations (commonly called "hot flashes"), this is only a superficial (albeit important) indication of the miraculous changes being experienced by a woman going through the natural maturing process. Other processes, including changes of hormone generation are far more subtle in their obvious impact. Your script does nothing to address these changes, so I would respectfully suggest that rather than call this a "menopause" script it would be more appropriate to call this a "modification of perceived and unwanted temperature effects" script.

Further, I would suggest that you consider your word choices and make sure that a client is aware of the meaning of your words. For example, what is an "INTERNAL Biostat?" What does it look like? How does it work? I'm not saying that you shouldn't use such a term, but for many people it would be meaningless. An alternative would be to have the person "visit" their control room. There, they can see a variety of guages, each of which controls various functions of their body. One controls the pulse rate. Another controls how many breaths are taken every minute. Another controls the body temperature. On this one, you can see that there are screws on either side of the control which prevent the dial from exceeding a specific range. However, on the high side, you can see that it is set at a level which is not where you want it. Have the client consciously undo the screw and reset it to a temperature they think will be more comfortable, remembering that for many people the top should be under 100 degrees f.

I would also suggest that you use something other than the term "holograph." Have you ever seen what a holograph actually looks like? It's a bunch of colored dots! It is only when certain types of light pass through it that a particular image can be seen. Some people may have never heard the term "holographic." Others may be thinking of the scientific concept as described above. Still others may be thinking of it more theoretically, focusing on the concept that a part of the holographic image stores the entire image but at less detail than the entire holograph. Still others may confuse it with "holotropic."

Can you use the term "holographic image" in the script? Of course you can, especially if you take the time to explain what it means. On the other hand, perhaps another useful metaphor would be to have the person create in their mind's eye a 3D version of themselves. "You can see the skin, hair, nails, and everything exactly as you would like it to be. As you move closer to this image, you note that it becomes transparent. At first you can only see the muscles beneath the skin. Then you see the blood rushing through the blood vessels and the nerves themselves. As you get closer and closer it is as if you can walk into your very mind itself. And there, deep within you, is a room with the words above the door, 'control center.' You enter this room and see all the controls..." From there you can continue as described above.

Finally, I have a question for you. How many women have you worked with using this script? Have you followed up with them? What have been the results?

Thanks for your excellent analysis of the script. I wrote the script for my sister, who is going through a difficult "change of life"..where her problem is extreme hot flashes and hives. In the script that I used, I also incorporated a yogic "cooling breath" to help out. The idea of the body blue print was to "re anchor" the time in her life when she did not have the flashes and hives..and have that body blue print "activate" to help with her change.
Your ideas are a much better fit. Thanks for your time and help with this.

Hi, Jim.

One of the problems with analyzing a script is not having full information about the intent. For in truth, your script was not for menopause, but for a specific person who needed help dealing with her problems. If she is familiar with expressions such as "biostat" and "holographic image" in the way you meant the terms, the use of those expressions would be completely appropriate.

Speaking as a women not yet having reached the age of 'change' (in many cultures, this is a great time of freedom and wisdom and is celebrated). Are many of us aware in the West that on a global level an uncomfortable menopause is actually unusual? Women from other cultures are suprised that western women have such a tough time, not only in this but in childbirth too.

We in the west are socially trained to believe that to go through something 'natural' it will be uncomfortable (I question to whose benefit this might be for, ie profiteering pharmaceutical companies), as in childbirth.

So as we all know the powerful unconscious mind believes what it is told, if you believe it enough, (because everyone else told you - not based on fact), then it becomes your truth/reality.
