Any success with photoreading? I want to give it a try but I am not sure about it.

As I said previously, I tried it - it worked on easy things, like manuals, etc. in combination with Mind Maps... but the side effect - as in many other NLP products - was not written on the books: I started getting hallucinations, reading wrong words and similar symptoms which made me quit using PhotoReading and contributed to my skeptical attitude towards NLP and anything related.

I've met several people who have read a Photoreading book and/or taken classes, but I've only met one who was actually able to recall the information. So, I believe it works, but the time required to get proficient might be too much, otherwise people who paid money for the classes would have a better success rate?

Sorry if I offended you. I know about photo-reading, I'm currently trying the techniques out myself. I'll let you know how I get on.

To my knowledge, photoreading is not an NLP tool, as you seem to be implying.
NLP is a neuro-linguistic science (or quasi-science), whereas photoreading supposedly goes way beyond those parameters into a different realm entirely.
So I don't think it necessarily follows that your experience with photoreading should reflect one way or another on NLP, or vice-versa for that matter.
