Hello,

I have experienced one thing that sometimes while doing something if I stop myself just immediately(or instantaneously, actually I am not getting proper English word) without any planning and say something to me like "I am becoming confident" or "I am becoming smart", all my concentration immediately goes towards that sentence and no other thoughts reside in my mind for that time period though its very small, may be just half second. But even for that very short period of time my mind is totally concentrated towards what I am saying.

So do these types of concentrated sentences reaches to our sub conscious? It feels that they are reaching.

Thanks

I'm wondering how quickly you can imagine how you will feel when you realize that these sentences were working?

No no I didn't mean that, may be I used wrong word "feel", sorry for that. I meant that all the concentration of mine is pointed towards the sentence for very short period, so I thought it may reach SC. I just want to ask this, I don't know anything about whether it is reaching or not.

What you were doing is called a "positive affirmation."

Everything you do reaches the unconscious. The question is, was it effective?
