Hypnotherapy in Delhi

Hi,

I live in London and I am looking for a very good hypnotherapist who can help my sister with her very low self esteem, low self confidence, stress. All this is contributing her to be immensely depressed :( . I need to get to on the right and positive track with the help of a good hypnotherapist.

Are there any recommendations from anyone here? any help will be much appreciated.

Why not send her hypnosis mp3's instead ?

I am from Bombay and personally don't know of any NLP trainer / Hypnotherapists.

I would recommend Paul Mckenna's book - Change your life in seven days as a good introduction to Hypnosis and Nlp. This book comes with a free CD which contains a Hypnosis track.

If you go to www.fabmall.com and search for Paul Mckenna you will find this book. It is priced for around Rs 400/- and fabmall will deliver to Delhi in 2-3 days time.

BTW this mp3 is also available somewhere on his website - paulmckenna.com where you can download it - however I would recommend the book. I am relatively new to NLP but it seems he is discussing NLP principles in this book without actually mentioning the word itself.
