I'm interested in learning it so i can study for longer and concentrate better but i'm having no success. how many of you can do it and do you have any tips or books that you could suggest?
See in elman's book (i know i keep mentioning it but its all ive got really) he says about saying green, getting eye closure saying green again knowing full well the suggestion worked and saying green to open your eyes. i dont see how this works is it purely in the "knowing full well that the suggestion worked?" do you have to fully believe it for it to work?

also what suggestions do you recommend for practicing? obviously i need something that will take effect immediately.

go to a hypnotherapist
have her guide you to somnambulism.
have her teach you to return there.
somnambulism is an excellent learning state.
the green... green thing will take you into somnambulism

our Wonderful Merlin has "red colored" eyes. VERY, VERY, VERY RARE.
I had to write lyrics to a song for her as no one in the world has ever written one about a beautiful lady with red eyes. Now Merl has her very own. I offered to put it to music but see seemed pleased with just the words. ;)
